Junior Product Development Officer

JOB OBJECTIVE:

They understand the market's needs and opportunities, then create and design new products. During implementation, they use data and feedback to create new products. Need to do end-to-end product development from research, analyzation, development up to launching the product.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focal person on new production development analysis and evaluation
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities
  • Research on competitor list of products
  • Perform new product development from packaging designing, Production trial, up to mass production Performs comparative analysis monitoring
  • Determines key product features that can enhance packaging and contribute to sales growth.
  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs
  • Connect with different departments (i.e Sales and Marketing) to understand specific needs, translating it into product requirements and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed at least 4 year bachelors degree, Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields of study.
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in creating a product from research to product launch Knowledge in competitors activities both in Traditional and modern market
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data for product development use.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Self motivated with strong eye for detail.
  • Can start ASAP.
