About us
The first luxury resort in Lian, Batangas, yet only 2 and a half hours away from Metro Manila. The resort is nestled in a secluded bay, surrounded by lush greenery and the crystal-clear waters of the ocean. It has everything a family could ever want, from luxurious and comfortable villas, to a large swimming pool, and even a restaurant serving delicious local cuisine. Named after the owner's father, this resort was made with the spirit of being the perfect place to spend quality time together. Guests can lounge on the beach, swim in the ocean, and savor the taste of freshly caught seafood, or just wind down and enjoy the majestic view. The Tan family takes pride in making sure their guests have the same wonderful experience they do. From the warm hospitality they show, to the comfortable accommodations and the beautiful surroundings, guests are sure to leave with moments that will last a lifetime.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of reservation and hotel management systems.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and other guest requests.
- Act as a central point of communication between guests and various resort departments.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their overall experience.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Monitor and control access to the resort, ensuring the security and privacy of guests.
- Address guest concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency.
