About us

The first luxury resort in Lian, Batangas, yet only 2 and a half hours away from Metro Manila. Qualifications & experience

  • Previous experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of reservation and hotel management systems.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
  • Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and other guest requests.
  • Act as a central point of communication between guests and various resort departments.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their overall experience.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
  • Monitor and control access to the resort, ensuring the security and privacy of guests.
  • Address guest concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency.
