QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Biology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- 1 year experience in micro analysis within a manufacturing setting is an advantage.
- Skilled in lab practices, documentation, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct microbiological analyses and aseptic sampling of water, packaging, and production environments.
- Prepare, sterilize, monitor, and report on lab procedures, deviations, and chemical inventory.
- Coordinate with teams on non-conformance, lead audits and inspections, and ensure safety, compliance, and housekeeping.
