About the Role
The Property & Lease Accounts Assistant (AU) supports the Commercial Property Department by maintaining accurate lease and financial data in Yardi, processing accounts receivable transactions, and providing administrative support. This role ensures accuracy in tenant billing, timely rent processing, and professional communication with both internal teams and Australian tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update property, lease, tenant, and financial data in Yardi
- Process rent, outgoings, and other tenant charges according to lease agreements
- Generate reports, reconciliations, and statements as required
- Monitor lease dates, insurance compliance, and bank guarantee tracking
- Process rent roll, sundry, and turnover rent invoices
- Accurately allocate payments and process approved adjustments
- Address tenant queries related to accounts receivable
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital tenant and property files
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, ideally in Commercial Property or Accounts Receivable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working for international companies
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Australian accounts or clients
- Yardi Voyager experience
