Qualification Requirements

At least three (3) years relevant experience

At least 16 hours relevant training

Minimum Eligibility Requirement

CSC (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility

Duties:

a. Develop, recommend and maintain risk management policies, systems and procedures to manage, identify, and analysis of enterprise, market, credit and operational risks, their implications and related information and monitor their application in financing delivery and enterprise support services;

b. Conduct regular monitoring of risk levels and profiles of the different financing portfolios of the corporation; independent review of the corporation's individual credit risk exposures with the use of historical and behavioral data; conduct sensitivity analysis in assessing the corporation's vulnerabilities and provide recommendation to the CRO;

c. Assess the appropriateness of credit models, facilities, and compliance to credit policies and loan covenants. Assess and update the corporation's internal risk rating system and provide recommendation to the CRO;

d. Undertake environmental scanning and prepare industry profiles and updates. Assess risks of events and their impacts to the delivery of corporation's products and services;

e. Provide technical assistance and assist in training officers and staff on the requirements for an effective implementation of a risk management system, and on the respective responsibilities of all concerned in undertaking risk management programs;

f. Develop and maintain appropriate benchmarks and standards for financing applications. Ensure that standards and guidelines are adequately enforced;

g. Preparation of regular reports to the CRO;

h. Carry out special studies and assignments as necessary inputs to the effective performance of the functions of the group. Coordinate tasks, where necessary, with other departments and groups in the corporation and/or with external groups and institutions; and

i. Perform other related functions as may be assigned.

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
