Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Develop solutions using Data Analysis tools primarily, but not limited to Splunk and Power BI.
• Create dashboard and reports to capture the information/data required for analysis and generate reports for clients to gain insights on their obligations business and operation performance.
• Determine dashboard functions to be developed based on client's business needs and objectives.
• Conduct trouble shooting to resolve issues faced with the Splunk and Power BI Software.
• Working with clients and partner to develop algorithms to generate insight.
• Working with mobile team to transfer insight into business value.
• Knowledge to incorporate AI in developing algorithms, analysis, and insights.
• Develop data governance to the development and support team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/ Higher Diploma in Information Technology or Business Information systems.
• A minimum of 2-4 years working experience in a similar support role.
• A solid foundation and understanding of the relevant IT industry.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work in a high-pressure environment, customer oriented, and a team player with good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative.
• Result focused and able to work with little supervision.
• Able to be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Conduct application testing, support client application testing, and collect and summarize test data.
• Required skill(s): provides answers to clients by identifying problems, improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation, accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques. Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL required, Team Communication Platforms like Slack, Trello, Zendesk, Microsoft Office (Excel macro knowledge would be a plus)
• Experience in using iOS, and Android devices
• Willing to be trained and a fast learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
