E-commerce Lead

Cosmetix Unlimited Inc. is looking for an E-commerce Manager who will:

• Process waybills from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring that all waybills are counted before being sent to the fulfillment manager.
• Produce templates for quick replies, assure prompt, accurate, and on-brand responses to all consumer questions on social media channels during business hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist in creating and carrying out strategies to increase online sales and monitor daily.
• Oversee sale and distribution of products through online shopping outlets.
• Address and troubleshoot customer complaints recorded in time.
• Coordinate with E-commerce Key Account Manager, Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, and Fulfillment Manager for specific tasks.
• Reporting and filing of all sales and stock data to generate solutions and improvements for overall e-commerce processes.

Requirements:

• With 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce management.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketing channels, and principles.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with team members.
• Willing to work full-time (Monday to Saturday) and full-onsite in San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City.
