Bookeeper

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Bookeeper to join the team at PUDCI Pizzateria Inc-Shakey's Checkpoint in Calamba City Laguna. As Bookeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and record-keeping
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bookeeping or small practice accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
