Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts all types of minor and major motorcycle repairs.
• Observes proper implementation of company policies and procedures such as "First Come First Serve" servicing, job order preparation, collection of supplier's service coupon, etc.
• Performs maintenance and repair of employee's service units.
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop, maintenance of machines, equipments and disposal of waste materials.
• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before the release of the motorcycle unit to the customer.
• Provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• With at least 1 year related working experience.
• Knowledge in motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, processing of warranty claims and other service shop functions.
• Able to grasp business process immediately.
• Flexible, Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity.
