Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducts all types of minor and major motorcycle repairs.
Observes proper implementation of company policies and procedures such as "First Come First Serve" servicing, job order preparation, collection of supplier's service coupon, etc.
Performs maintenance and repair of employee's service units.
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop, maintenance of machines, equipments and disposal of waste materials.
Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before the release of the motorcycle unit to the customer.
Provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

With at least 1 year related working experience.
Knowledge in motorcycle repairs, troubleshooting, processing of warranty claims and other service shop functions.
Able to grasp business process immediately.
Flexible, Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity.
Willing to be assigned at Premiumbikes Morong Branch
