Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate physical count activities with key stakeholders

Support in Fixed Assets transactional like capital project reference creation, fixed asset acquisitions, and dispositions in

· the accounting system.

· Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.

· Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.

· Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.

· Helps conduct analysis related to fixed assets as requested by management

· Support in timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments,

· fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements

· Contribute to activities related to ongoing fixed assets projects.

Qualifications:

Shared Service Experience. Knowledgeable in Fixed Assets accounting. Has A2R experience, Familiar with ERP Systems (SAP), Microsoft Excel (Macro)

Minimum Requirements:

· Strong Background in Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting

· Relevant accounting experience

· Willingness to work on a flexible shift schedule

Educational Attainment:

BS Accountancy Graduate and or any Finance or Business-related course

Work Experience Requirements: (certifications, licenses)

Minimum of 2-year experience relating to Finance and Accounting

Work Schedule: (Day Shift/ Mid Shift/ Night Shift):

Willingness to work on a flexible shift schedule (Mid Shift/ Night Shift)

· Mid Shift (3pm-12am)

· Night Shift (8pm to 5am)

Work Location:
Paranaque (Hybrid 3days Office, 2 days' Work from Home Set-up)
