The Management Trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices/branches, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.     Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course.

2.     With at least 2 years experience in related field.

3.     Background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

1.     Knowledgeable in branch and/or warehouse operations.

2.     Able to multi-task and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment and can meet deadlines.

3.     Excellent verbal and written communication.

4.     Knowledgeable in Microsoft office operations.

5.     Ability to negotiate

6.     With leadership capabilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Assists in completing the day to day operational tasks, attends and assists in planning, organizing and managing the whole operation flow.

2.     Implements and monitors the company's Standard Operating Procedure.

3.     Works with other managers to plan and direct the organization's goals.

4.     Proposes policies and ensures its implementation.

5.     Evaluates work output of Operations

6.     Works in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, and personnel departments.

7.     Handles established accounts to gain familiarity.

8.     Adheres to guidelines and training program.

9.     Attends periodic evaluations.

10.   Uses company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.

11.   Identifies trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.

12.   Reports market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing operational needs

13.   Works with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
