Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities Engineering & Maintenance (FEM) Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance and engineering operations of our farm and dairy plant facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are running efficiently to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the engineering & maintenance team.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor the performance of farm and dairy plant equipment.
  • Coordinate and execute facility-related projects and improvements.
  • Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are strictly followed.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or plant maintenance, preferably in an agricultural, dairy, or manufacturing setup.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
