Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Officer / Associate for our elevator company will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive the growth of our products and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the construction and real estate sectors, and enhancing brand awareness. The Sales and Marketing Officer will play a critical role in promoting our elevator solutions, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring the company's goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Client Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeted toward real estate developers, architects, contractors, and property managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of elevators and related services.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to showcase the benefits of our elevator solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to better understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Relationship Building and Customer Service:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on elevator products and services, addressing technical queries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client handover.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the elevator industry.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our brand and solutions effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
