Job Description

  • The Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining data in digital systems or databases. This role ensures the integrity and confidentiality of information while meeting productivity and quality standards. The Encoder may work with various types of data, including customer records, inventory logs, financial documents, or HR files, depending on the department's needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and verify data from source documents into prescribed formats
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data security protocols are followed
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in typing and data entry software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time
