About the role

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Officer to join the team of @Specialist'. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  2. Create compelling content such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials to engage the target audience
  3. Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to optimise campaigns and improve effectiveness
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of events and other marketing initiatives
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to stay ahead of the curve
  6. Support the implementation of the company's overall marketing strategy and contribute to its continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. at least 6 months of experience, but we also accept fresh graduates in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  7. Proactive, creative, and passionate about driving results through innovative marketing strategies
