About the role

We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our growing team at CREDENCE CONSUMER GOODS TRADING'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials between our distribution centre in San Nicolas, Manila City and our various client locations across Metro Manila. Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety are essential for this position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate a large commercial truck to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently
  2. Load and unload truck as required, working with warehouse staff to ensure all items are securely loaded and delivered
  3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues
  4. Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  5. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and delivery information
  6. Provide excellent customer service and communicate proactively with clients

What we're looking for

  1. A valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
  2. At least 2 years of experience driving large commercial trucks
  3. Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Flexible schedule to accommodate early morning or late-night deliveries as needed
