Job Summary:

Responsible for providing primary healthcare services to employees, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and promoting overall wellness in the workplace. In addition, this role supports HR administrative functions including employee engagement activities, documentation, and implementation of company policies and programs.

Qualifications:

  • BS Nursing Graduate
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in occupational health or industrial nursing.
  • Experience or training in HR, administration, or employee engagement is an advantage.
  • Preferably knowledgeable of DOLE-OSH standards and first aid procedures or willing to be trained.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be detail-oriented, approachable, and proactive.
