Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in using any SAP Module.
  • Must have experience in FICO for at least 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience in app support, change control, and vendor management
  • Strong stakeholder handling and operational leadership
  • ITIL certification (preferred)
  • Customer-focused, with high integrity and governance mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee support for SAP Finance applications - end to end
  • Ensure SLA performance, ticket resolution, upgrades, and compliance
  • Lead team operations and vendor (AMS) management
  • Drive issue resolution and change implementation
  • Coordinate integration, user training, and governance
  • Endorse and manage minor project initiatives
