Business Support Specialist

Hybrid

We are looking for Business Support Specialists to provide multi-channel support to global business application users. These roles focus on empathy, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving to deliver timely and high-quality support.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or support roles

Functional Competencies:

  • Comfortable under pressure and handling multiple chats/channels
  • Collaborates efficiently with peers
  • Captures solutions for peers or chatbots for broader impact
  • Executes standard protocols with quality and focus
  • Identifies patterns indicating outages, release issues, or process improvements

Business Support Specialist

  • Experience: 0–3 years in support, operations, or project-related roles
  • Responsibilities: Provide basic chat and application support, follow processes, escalate as needed, and learn business processes and tools.
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT, customer, sales, or operations support
  • Responsibilities: Handle independent support requests, translate user needs into transactions or guidance, collaborate with peers, detect patterns, and suggest improvements.

Senior Business Support Specialist

  • Experience: 5+ years in advanced or complex support roles

  • Responsibilities: Handle complex or escalated issues, mentor junior agents, support business and technical problem-solving, contribute to knowledge base and automation initiatives.

  • Advanced communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with corporate environments; SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and user satisfaction
