JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assigning people and work activities in the assigned production lines to produce goods that meet quality and food safety standards at the right time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures the adequate manpower and skills for each production run;
  • Monitors the whole process of production from preparation to actual daily start up;
  • Ensures that the GMP & HACCP standards are complied with;
  • Executes an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime;
  • Prepares accurate and timely production reports and tracks performance indicators to ensure productivity, avoid wastage and recommend improvements of noted deficiencies;
  • Trains, coaches and develops people for optimum performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S. Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering graduate.
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in the same capacity with preferred exposure to food manufacturing or the equivalent.
  • Must be adept in basic machine troubleshooting.
  • Must possess good communication and analytical skills.
