As a
Coordinator - Demand Planning
at B. Braun you plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the planning processes in Supply Chain Management. The Coordinator – Supply & Demand Planning will be responsible for coordinating and managing all the activities involved in planning, sourcing, and delivery of products to the B. Braun dialysis centers and also be involved in the planning of inter-warehouse stock transfers to support the Analyst – Supply & Demand Planning..

Your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate Supply & Demand Planning: Manage material requirements for B. Braun Avitum dialysis centers, including demand forecasting and logistics coordination with 3PL providers for timely deliveries.
• Handle Inter-Warehouse Transfers: Oversee stock transfers to VisMin warehouses, ensuring accurate Goods Receipt and SAP postings based on plans from the Analyst – Supply & Demand Planning.
• Manage Procurement Processes: Prepare purchase orders in eBuy (SAP Ariba) and process supplier billing payments promptly.
• Monitor Inventory Health: Track slow-moving and near-expiry items, recommending stock transfers between centers to minimize waste and prevent expirations.
• Support Ad Hoc Planning Tasks: Assist the Planning Manager with additional duties related to supply and demand planning as needed.

What you will bring to the team:

• College graduate of any 4 year course like Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related fields.
• Good communication skills (oral & written; must have a command of both Filipino and English language)
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience in a role that is related to Supply Chain Management
• Strong analytical skills and must exhibit a high attention to details
• Experience in using ERP (SAP is preferable) is a bonus
• Results-oriented, highly organized, with integrity, urgency, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel extensively.
