Job Description:

Aruba Wireless Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • 1 to 3 of years' experience with Aruba Wireless and Network Operations

  • Network Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve wireless network issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.

  • Wireless Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies, including 802.1X authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and guest network configurations.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to support business objectives and ensure seamless wireless connectivity.

  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize Aruba tools like Aruba Central for proactive monitoring and analytics.

  • Deep understanding of Wi-Fi standards a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.

  • Strong knowledge of VLANs, QoS, routing, and switching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
