Film/Tint Installer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Window Film Installer to join our team. The installer will be responsible for professionally installing various types of window films—including automotive, residential, and commercial. This position will also be based in our showroom at CW Home Depot Alabang, where professionalism and product knowledge are essential in assisting walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise and high-quality installation of window films on glass surfaces for residential, commercial, and automotive applications.
• Maintain and man the Merx Prime showroom, ensuring a professional and welcoming client experience.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and applications to potential customers.
• Ensure proper handling of tools and materials and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Provide professional assistance and product information to showroom customers when needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure client satisfaction and addressing technical concerns
• Work collaboratively with the sales and technical team to support showroom operations and client demonstrations.
• Handle installation challenges efficiently and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, aligning with Merx Prime's luxury image.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in window film/tint installation (residential, commercial, or automotive). Must be detail-oriented and patient.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a customer-facing showroom environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• With Training Certificate is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work in CW Home Depot Alabang and travel for project installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
