The role

Teleperformance is seeking a talented and experienced Shared Services Ops Manager - Accounting Background Required to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shared services accounting function, ensuring seamless financial processes and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  1. Managing a team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality and efficient shared services to internal stakeholders
  2. Overseeing the completion of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and other accounting functions
  3. Implementing process improvements and automation to enhance productivity and accuracy
  4. Analysing financial data and providing insights to support strategic decision-making
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and regulations
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  7. Mentoring and developing the skills of the accounting team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance management role, preferably in a shared services or outsourcing environment
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and financial reporting
  3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools
  6. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
