Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Site Architect to join our team, preferably based in or near Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with design standards, building codes, and project requirements. This role also requires the capacity to provide sign and seal services as part of the deployment package.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in socialized housing and subdivision development projects, with proven experience in translating design concepts into actual implementation on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site, ensuring alignment with approved plans and specifications.
  • Review, check, and approve architectural drawings and documents in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Provide sign and seal services as required for project submissions and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve design and construction issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related reports, documentation, and records.
  • Prepare as-built plans for completed projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with actual site conditions.
  • Assist in project planning, layout, and design modifications as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with government requirements for socialized housing and subdivision developments.

Qualifications

· Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).

· With capacity and authority to provide sign and seal services (mandatory).

· Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural practice, preferably in socialized housing and subdivision development projects.

· Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and permitting processes.

· Proficient in CAD and other architectural design software.

· Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

· Preferably residing in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, or nearby areas.
