The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of practical experience, a strong educational background from a reputable institution, and current registration and licensure with the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC). This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution, quality, and timely completion of our construction projects in the Ilocos Norte area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management and Supervision

2. Serve as the main technical adviser on the construction site for contractors, sub-contractors, and site personnel.

3. Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

4. Set out, level, and survey the site accurately to guide construction teams and verify the precise placement of structural elements.

5. Planning and Quality Assurance

6. Interpret and check technical designs, drawings, and quantities (Bill of Quantities - BOQ) for accuracy and feasibility.

7. Conduct regular quality control inspections on materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to the approved plans and national building codes.
8. Oversee the testing of construction materials (e.g., concrete cylinder tests, soil compaction) and maintain detailed quality records.

9. Prepare and manage construction schedules and progress reports, reporting any potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.

10. Coordination and Documentation

11. Liaise effectively with project managers, architects, clients, and suppliers to ensure all project phases are coordinated.

12. Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
13. Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring they meet specified standards.

14. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including site diaries, progress reports, change orders, and material inventories.

15. Safety and Compliance

16. Strictly enforce site health and safety protocols and legislation, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

17. Ensure the project fully complies with local government regulations, permits, and the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP).

Qualifications and Requirements

Technical SkillsProficient in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of relevant project scheduling tools.

Other Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Must be willing to work on-site in Paoay, Ilocos Norte.
