Material Planner Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Run Material Request Planning based on production requirements and forecast, ensuring timely coordination with PPIC for material availability.
  • Collaborate with departments on new product launches, cost reduction initiatives, and material phase-in/phase-out projects to reduce obsolescence.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring purchase orders are issued on time and required inventory levels are maintained.
  • Monitor inventory performance and manage monthly purchases to meet inventory targets while supporting production and delivery schedules.
  • Provide support to Finance for cash forecasting, GR processes, and S4H transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports related to material planning and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in material planning, logistics, and broker management.
  • Proficient in SAP S4H, Microsoft Office, and data analysis/presentation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, optimize inventory, and support cross-functional business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
