CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  2. Troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  5. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  3. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  4. Familiarity with customer service software and tools (preferred but not required)
  5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
