Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to join our team. The role is responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness and financial stability of individuals and businesses to support sound lending decisions and minimize risk for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess financial statements, credit reports, and market conditions to determine repayment capacity.
  • Provide recommendations on loan approvals, denials, and credit line management.
  • Monitor existing credit accounts to identify potential risks.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support management in making informed lending decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with lending policies and risk management standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  2. With relevant work experience in banking, credit rating, or financial services is an advantage
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  4. Good scholastics record
  5. Has good oral/written communication skills
  6. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
