Job Overview

We are seeking a Project-Based SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement initiatives. This role will involve business process assessment, configuration, testing, documentation, and client coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and understand business and application requirements specific to SAP PM.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis and business process modeling.
  • Configure SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities in line with project needs.
  • Oversee integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules.
  • Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure accurate functionality.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project stages.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and client teams.
  • Support go-live activities and stabilization post-implementation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 full lifecycle SAP PM implementations (required).
  • Strong configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of PM processes (work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment management, etc.).
  • Experience working with SAP PM integration to other modules (MM, FI, PP, etc.).
  • SAP Certification and Fiori experience are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a project-paced environment with aggressive timelines.
  • Must be willing to report onsite on a hybrid setup as needed.
  • Amenable to dayshift schedule.
