Development Representative who's excited to help us scale, connect with
healthcare leaders, and transform how the healthcare workforce is hired.



Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and setting up appointments for our senior sales team. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and relationship building.



Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on potential healthcare facility clients, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other medical institutions
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques
  • Utilize our CRM system to track all sales activities, update lead information, and manage follow-ups
  • Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and transfer hot leads to the senior sales team
  • Schedule appointments and demos for senior sales executives with Director of Nursing or Administrator in healthcare facilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine targeted outreach campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and our company's services to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new leads and build relationships
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation metrics, and pipeline status
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and best practices
  • Assist in creating and maintaining sales collateral, including presentations and proposal templates
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights


Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or staffing industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including facility types, roles, and staffing needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
Preferred:
  • Experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
