We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. The role will provide support to the accounting department by handling financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and vouchers
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Reconcile bank statements and support month-end closing
  • Perform other accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
  • With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and MS Office (Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to start immediately
