Job Description
- Develop overall operational strategies for local Chinese Seller businesses in Philippines based on platform business direction and data analysis.
- This includes but is not limited to increasing existing sellers businesses performance and new seller acquisition strategy, coordinating across departments for projects execution.
- Streamline the processes of platform BAU or specify program, identify Chinese seller business issues or seller management workflow , and collaboratively assist in optimization of platform products and business operation.
- Independently conduct research and analysis on business issues, break down project goals with formulate action plans, track project progress, and conduct post-project success reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, any major.
- Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with local mandarin-speaking sellers and other stakeholders
- Fluent in English communication.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, self-driven, and result-oriented.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Efficient communication and effective advancement of cross-team collaboration.
- Project management: Strong data analysis ability, capable of independently deconstructing business goals and producing feasible solutions.
- Preferred but not required: 2 years or more of experience in the internet or e-commerce industry, with relevant project management experience
- Strong adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to life overseas.
