We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to become part of our Finance Team. This position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to expand their accounting knowledge and gain practical experience in a dynamic, hands-on setting. As an Accounting Associate, you will assist in daily accounting operations, support financial reporting, and collaborate closely with experienced professionals, with ample opportunities for learning and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Recording & Reconciliation: Process and reconcile financial transactions such as AP, AR, and general ledger entries.
  • Closing Activities: Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Help in preparing financial reports, documentation, and analysis to aid management decision-making.
  • Audit & Compliance: Assist with audits, inventory checks, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
  • Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience with accounting systems and tools, working closely with supervisors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the finance department as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Learning & Adaptability: Eager to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
