Hiring: Warehouse Associate

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory. They play a key role in logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring products move efficiently and accurately from suppliers to customers.

Core Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate

  • Receiving inventory: Check incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspect goods, and record deliveries.
  • Processing and storing: Organize products in designated areas, maintain stock accuracy, and follow safety protocols.
  • Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Shipping coordination: Schedule and dispatch deliveries, verify shipping documents, and prevent loss or damage.
  • Equipment operation: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
  • Inventory control: Conduct cycle counts, track stock levels, and report discrepancies.
  • Team collaboration: Work with supervisors, drivers, and logistics staff to meet production and delivery goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail: Prevents errors in shipping and inventory.
  • Physical stamina: Ability to lift, move, and stand for long periods.
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, scanners, and warehouse software.
  • Communication skills: Clear coordination with team members and supervisors.
  • Safety awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance
