The Recovery Warehouse Associate is in charge of investigation and resolving problematic parcels that prevents delivery completion and ensures a timely and accurate resolution.

Main Duties

  1. Organizes and handles recovery parcels in the warehouse
  2. Investigates problematic parcels and ensures resolution
  3. Maintains and updates inventory of parcels
  4. Escalate problems to line manager whenever necessary
