Job Title: French Bilingual Winback Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a French-speaking Winback Specialist to re-engage customers who have abandoned their Goodfood carts. You'll use your sales skills to reach out, answer questions, and encourage customers to complete their purchases.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Address questions and clarify doubts.
  • Persuade customers to complete purchases or subscriptions.
  • Track interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in e-commerce, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record.
