Duties & Reponsibilities:

Assemble and stuff pillows per design specs, ensuring even fiber distribution. Inspect for defects, maintain workstation cleanliness, and pack finished products. Record output, report issues, assist with quality control, and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Experience:

Experience in textile, fiber or soft goods manufacturing is an advantage.

Skills:

Able to operate basic production tools, detail-oriented, physically fit, team player with good communication and time management skills, and willing to work shifts.
