Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the structural design and optimization of game equipment (such as gambling tables, Drop Balls, Pachinko, roulette, dice cups, etc.) to ensure accuracy, stability and safety.

  2. Participate in the research and development of new gambling equipment, develop structural plans and assembly processes, and output complete structural design drawings and BOM lists.

  3. According to the game requirements, design structural components such as mechanical transmission, ball drop trajectory, fine-tuning platform, glass cover, etc. to ensure randomness and fairness.

  4. Assist in production process optimization, including material selection, processing technology (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, woodworking, etc.), assembly standardization.

  5. Responsible for prototype trial production and verification, and solve problems related to structure, accuracy and durability.

  6. Connect with the supply chain and processing plants to provide quality control and technical support for structural components.

  7. Participate in product maintenance and improvement, propose structural optimization plans, and extend the service life of equipment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Major in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, precision instruments, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above.

  2. Having more than 3 years of experience in mechanical structure design, with experience in gaming equipment, amusement machines, precision machinery, or consumer electronics structures preferred.

  3. Proficient in 3D design software and engineering drawing standards such as SolidWorks/AutoCAD/ProE/UG/Catia.

  4. Familiar with commonly used materials (steel, aluminum alloy, acrylic, tempered glass, wood, plastic) and their processing techniques.

  5. Understand engineering methods such as precision assembly, shock absorption, wear resistance, and deformation resistance, and be able to independently conduct structural simulation and stress analysis.

  6. Have strong hands-on ability to participate in prototype debugging and production line technical guidance.

  7. Responsible, detail-oriented, good teamwork and XFN communication skills.

Bonus points

  1. Have experience in designing gambling tables, Pachinko, slot machines, arcade machines, and entertainment equipment.

  2. Familiar with the principles of randomness and the design of anti-cheating structures.

  3. Have experience in non-China work or cross-border team collaboration.

4.Possessing three-point fine-tuning platform, optical glass structural components, and design experience.
