Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparation of pleadings, motions, legal opinions, affidavits, contracts, demand letters and other legal documents;
  • Representation of clients in legal proceedings before regular courts, quasi-judicial agencies, arbitration tribunals and other authorities;
  • Representation of clients in contract negotiations and assist corporate clients;
  • Filing applications and securing approvals thereof in behalf of clients with various Government agencies (SEC, BIR, DOLE, LGUs, etc.) including those relating to business formation and corporate registrations etc.;
  • Attendance in meetings with clients (including Board and Stockholders' meetings) and conferences with representatives of Government agencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
