We are seeking a performance-oriented professional to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns
  • Build and optimize funnels and landing pages
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates)
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and pages
  • Collaborate with the creative team
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willing to work on-site (BGC, Taguig)
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, especially large-scale ones
  • 2+ years in a senior or leadership digital marketing role
  • Skilled in digital marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing
  • Experience with AI-driven ad platforms, automation, or analytic tools
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Can start immediately

PREFERRED

  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
  • With relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
