Description

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of property assets.
  • Provide administrative support to the property team, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate property inspections and assist with follow-up actions.
  • Manage communication with tenants and contractors in a professional manner.
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with all relevant property regulations.
  • Assist in organising repairs and maintenance activities as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date property-related documentation and databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve property management processes.

Profile

A successful Property Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a property or administrative role within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Knowledge of property regulations and compliance is desirable.
