Description
- Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of property assets.
- Provide administrative support to the property team, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate property inspections and assist with follow-up actions.
- Manage communication with tenants and contractors in a professional manner.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with all relevant property regulations.
- Assist in organising repairs and maintenance activities as required.
- Maintain up-to-date property-related documentation and databases.
- Collaborate with team members to improve property management processes.
Profile
A successful Property Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a property or administrative role within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using property management systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Knowledge of property regulations and compliance is desirable.
