We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including data entry, filing, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. The Office Staff will work closely with other departments to provide essential support and contribute to overall office efficiency.

Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of reports, processing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with clients and suppliers. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also critical, as this role may involve interacting with customers and team members.
