Job Summary:

The Front Office Receptionist is the face of the organization, providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has a pleasing personality, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area.

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents.

  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Ensure front office supplies are stocked and organized.

  • Enforce office security procedures, including visitor log-ins and access protocols.

  • Coordinate with office departments for internal communications and logistics support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a front office or administrative role (preferably in a corporate setting).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Service-oriented, with a positive and courteous attitude.
