- Salary Details: PHP 80,000 – 100,000 (Negotiable)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Business Analytics Manager considers economic and business trends, reviews historical performances, and attempts to anticipate obstacles and potential problems, all with an eye towards forecasting the company's future financial results.

-The team works very closely with the Chief Financial Officer and helps support decisions around capital spending, operating budgets, and long-term planning.

-The team is charged with examining, analyzing, and evaluating the entirety of a corporation's financial activities, and mapping out the company's financial future.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-Collaborate with appropriate Operations Unit Heads to determine optimal operating performance level.

-Build and monitor a central view of how each different operating unit performs in terms of cost and operational efficiency.

-Establish benchmarks that each operating unit should hit in order to achieve the entire unit's operational targets and KPI's.

-Focus on data gathering and data preparation including but not limited to the following:

- Reports on products' financial performance of different brands.

- Reports on end users' behavior and performance.

-operational targets and KPI's.

-Analyze the overall operating performance, and propose relevant actions and initiatives in order to achieve organization goals.

-Support heads to determine the best strategy based on different requirements.

-Take charge of revenue and profitability projection and forecasting, providing key

insights to support the team in decision making.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field. with work experience appropriate for the role.

-8-10 years' experience in DATA ANALYTICS roles.

-Knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL and other business intelligence or analytics platforms (Python, R, Periscope, Metabase, etc.)

-Proven analytical background.

-Intermediate to Advanced Skill in Microsoft Excel or Google Suite's Gsheet

-Accounting and finance knowledge.

-Prior experience with a start-up company is preferred but not required.

-Excellent verbal and written communication.

-Experience in working with senior management.

-Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

-MUST be willing to TRAVEL, RELOCATE and work OVERSEAS if company requires.

-Can start ASAP.
