  • Knowledgeable in Value Engineering:

analyzing a construction project's materials, designs, and processes to find cost-effective alternatives without sacrificing quality or functionality. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities through creative problem-solving and function analysis, evaluating different materials and construction methods, and implementing solutions that optimize resources and improve overall value.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the Engineering Division during Store's renovation, facilities improvement and engineering related operational program of the store
  • Monitors all preventive maintenance contracts awarded to third party contractors
  • Estimates and evaluates all civil, electrical and mechanical works that requires repair or replacement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
