Resident Engineer

Overview
Apart from overseeing and monitoring construction employees, the Resident Engineer will also handle daily logs, project documents and materials calculations which are essential to the success of current and future projects. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that the right materials are purchased and used in every construction project and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
- Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall-wide regulations and policies.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional license is required.
- Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred;
- With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards;
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
