Responsibilities

· Creating and issuing invoices / receipts to customers.

· Processing credit memos.

· Preparing account statements for customers.

· Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.

· Monitoring all payments / overdue accounts and preparing monthly billing reports.

· Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.

· Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.

· Encoding quarterly reports for 2307 submission

· Encoding monthly official receipts

· Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

· Accept cash, checks and bankcards for payment

· Process payments according to company procedure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
