The Executive Assistant to the President – Finance provides direct financial and administrative support to the Office of the President, with primary responsibility over check disbursement, financial documentation, and banking-related activities. The role ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all finance-related transactions while supporting financial monitoring, reporting, and executive-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Finance & Disbursement Functions

  • Prepare, review, and process check vouchers for approval of the President.
  • Safeguard, manage, and monitor checks, ensuring proper custody and control.
  • Coordinate check releases and ensure complete supporting documents and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all disbursement transactions.
  • Assist in monitoring branch billings, utility expenses, and recurring payments.
  • Support preparation and tracking of financial schedules, including interest expenses, loans, and related accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards.

Banking & Financial Coordination

  • Assist with banking transactions and coordination with banks as needed.
  • Monitor and support bank-related documentation and disbursement schedules.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and other departments on payment and billing concerns.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide confidential financial and administrative support directly to the President.
  • Prepare financial summaries, reports, and schedules for executive review.
  • Organize and maintain financial files, records, and sensitive documents.
  • Perform other finance-related or executive tasks as assigned by the President.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with basic knowledge or exposure to disbursement processes.
  • At least basic understanding of check disbursement and voucher processing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good organizational, time-management, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to start ASAP and handle multiple tasks.

Work Location:

Silang, Cavite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience providing administrative or executive support is an advantage.
